The Biggest Snooker Club in Manchester

Established in 1985
Hazel Grove Snooker Club was set in 1985 and has been owned by the same family ever since.The snooker club has been visited by various professional snooker players over the years such as Alex Higgins, Steven Hendry, Judd Trump, Jimmy White, Dennis Taylor, Ken Doherty and more. We have had a few famous members too from both Manchester United and Manchester City, and have had a few surprise guests like soap stars, boxers, cricket stars and other sporting champs! That being said, every single guest famous or not, is really special to us.

Over 14,000 Square Feet
The building was once a factory and was acquired by the snooker club owners in the 1980's. The building is huge and is over 14,000 square feet. While there are other snooker halls in the UK that have integrated bowling alleys, we don't know many clubs this size that are dedicated to just snooker and pool. It is one of the biggest clubs in the UK, certainly the biggest in Stockport and Manchester.

34 Tables of Snooker and Pool
The club has a whopping 26 full size snooker tables, 5 full size American pool tables, 3 English pool tables, bar, kitchen and lounge area as well as a large free car park. We can only think of a couple of other snooker clubs in the UK that has more tables.

Thousands of Active Members and Guests
The snooker club entertains thousands of guests and members across Greater Manchester. We promote a safe, friendly and fun environment for our customers to enjoy.

What's next?
We always re-invest back into the snooker club as frequently as possible. We recently purchased two new Winner Supreme 8 ball tables and we have a plan to increase this number in the future. Pool is becoming a really popular game as it provides a relatively cheap night out that is social, fun and fast. We have plans to re-develop our old toilet block and also upgrade snooker tables to more modern LED lighting.
